Order Cancellation
Once an order for prints is placed with Mule Deer Photography it can only be cancelled at the discretion of the owner Brett Wilson or his representative. Because of the nature of digital photography and videography, products cannot be returned if no longer needed.

Shipment
All orders are digital, no shipment will be needed or required

Mule Deer Photography download links have a Duration of Download Link of 24 hours, images may be download as many times as necessary during this time period.  If you do not receive the link via email, please check your spam mail.

As a business specialising in photography and image creation, it is essential that any images or video created by us may be displayed on our website or social media sites (Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest etc), to show our work for promotional purposes, to attract new clients and provide assurance of the consistency of the quality of our services and products.

We also display images in our own web galleries with the aim of allowing you to easily share images with family and friends, and to facilitate the purchase of high quality prints of these images.
